Our most popular packages combine professional photography and branded video in a single visit — giving your listing everything it needs to perform online. Video is delivered in horizontal formats for YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram, with a soundtrack included as standard.

Lifestyle Listing Packages incl. Photo + Video + Drone
Lifestyle properties deserve media that captures their full scale and character. These packages combine photography, branded video with soundtrack, and drone aerial footage in a single session — showing the land, buildings, and surroundings in a way that static images alone simply can't.
What is a lifestyle block? There's no official definition for lifestyle blocks, which means the line between farms and residential properties is easily blurred. But put simply, if you can mow the lawns with a hand mower, it's a residential property. If you need a ride on, it's a lifestyle block - and further, if you need a tractor, it's a farm. Lifestyle blocks have a huge range of sizes, but the average is just under four hectares.

Drone/Aerial Photography
I hold an Advanced UAS (Drone) Remote Pilot Certificate for Drone operations conducted under Civil Aviation Rule Part 101 and for Drone operations conducted for a Part 102 certificated organisation.
Drone operations in ATC Restricted areas may not be available or have additional restrictions. Air Traffic Control will advise before we proceed.
Exceptional properties deserve to be seen in full. Our drone operations capture aerial stills and cinematic video footage that no ground-level camera can replicate — placing your listing in context with site and land boundaries, surrounding neighbourhood, and the broader environment that defines its true appeal. Every aerial image receives the same meticulous post-production treatment as our full photography suite. Indicative boundary lines added when supplied by the client. 2D & 3D Floorplans
Accurately drafted from on-site scanning technology, Hi-Res Media's floorplans are delivered in clean professional format — ready for all major New Zealand listing platforms. Includes fixed furniture, total area calculations, your logo, and file outputs in PNG, JPG and SVG. 12–24 hour turnaround.
Floorplans are captured using scanning technology. Scans can be deemed highly reliable but not guaranteed. Clutter and blocked enterace ways will cause errors in the scan.
Large order processing fee ($40.00 for 2D products and $70.00 for 3D products) is applied for each additional 232 m2 when total drawn area exceeds 465 m2.

Travel + Payment Terms
Travel is charged at $1.20 plus gst per km
Travel is calculated using Google Maps distance estimation between our location and your appointment address. This is automatically calculated and displayed in our booking system when making an appointment.
How it works:
- First 10 kilometers from the Palmerston North Square: $0.00. Every kilometer beyond 10km: Charged at the current IRD kilometre rate
- Minimum travel charges maybe apply.
Example: For a property 26 kilometers away:
- First 10km = $0.00. Next 16km @ $1.20/km = $19.20. Total travel fee = $19.20+GST
For current rates, refer to the IRD Kilometre rate 2025-2026.
Payment Terms
All pricing is plus GST. Payment Terms are Strictly 7 Days from the Date of Invoice. Automated email reminders are sent when outstanding invoices are 7, 14 and 21 days overdue.
